edit to say: I went back and looked at the pick. It looks like a schoolgirl skirt. I think it should either have a classic pattern or more pleating like a Utilikilt.

it is the e-bay version. I could not justify spending that kind of money for a real one. I think it’s the lighting in the pic, because it really does not look school girlish. But, I do see your point from that pic.
