I seem to have an over CO2 issue with my beer. I follow the recomended procedure. Once a keg is over done can it be fixed?
Sure, just open the pressure relief valve on the keg & let CO2 escape. Then CO2 will be released from the beer into the headspace. You may have to do that a number of times, but bringing the carbonation down is easily doable.

just make sure your CO2 tank is unplugged though!

Disconnect the gas and pour some brews. It’ll settle down pretty quick.
