5 oz of knock-out hops and ANOTHER 5 oz of dry hops for 5 gallons of beer with an OG of 1.047? :o

Sounds like a waste of hops. At what point do you reach hop saturation? And how much wort do you loose? Some things to consider.

Tasted a gravity sample at 8 days. Just awesome. Cold crash then the dry hops. All 5oz of them. The recipe, btw was a pro am beer that Ballast Point and Stone did with Kelsey

This is a great recipe from Kelsey.  I have brewed it twice.  It is hoptastic!

How much clarity did you get in your finished beer? After I dry hopped at 67 i dropped the temp to 50 for 3 days, and while the yeast cleared the hops haze did not. I didnt want to leave the beer on them any longer so I just bottled it.

I brewed this last night. Thanks for posting the recipe!

PS - Holy thread resurrection, Batman!  ;D
