We always do the Friday night thing at those Fests because we can get a night away without the kids and stay at my Aunts brownstone condo which is literally right up the street.
We hit Bukowskis for a few then Beer Works for light dinner before the NOtB
My wife has known the owner/brewer of New England Brewing for years (went to college with him)
Got to meet him as well but that photo op will come when we tow the campers down to the brewery for a weekend this Summer :o
Lots of really good beers and then some that you could sort of tell went off and got thrown in a whiskey barrel…
Is that named after the writer/poet or is it just the name of the family that owns it? I guess there would not be a better business to name after Charles Bukowski than a bar! ;D
NEB makes great beer and Rob’s a fantastic guy (as is the brewer Matt). I just saw their new can labels a few days ago. 668 the neighbor of the beast and ghandi bot are hilarious (two upcoming seasonals in tall boy cans).

I recently had dinner with the President of Schell’s Brewery. It was a pretty good time.
I really got to get out of Fargo…No one comes here and why would they…
