My wife and I need an intervention (bigger brewery)

Hi all. I currently brew 13.5 gallon batches every 2-3 weeks. I will soon not be able to brew that often. I have a simple 3 tier gravity system with a cooler as the mash tun and ferment in a 15 gallon Corny keg and do closed transfers into serving kegs. I currently have cooling capacity for 12-14 Corny-type kegs.

I would like to invest in a larger system and am looking for advice - I prefer to use gas (propane) as I’m already hard-piped for that, but would also consider an electric system. At this time we are not looking into a 12 step program…

Here’s a beautiful 1 bbl system: https://www.ssbrewtech.com/pages/1-bbl-nano-brewhouse

i’m a big fan of theelectricbrewery.com, having used their system since making a similar upgrade in 2012 from my cooler setup.  I know you can brew up to a barrel, with possibility for larger if you’d like.

Thanks - I’ll look into those companies and their systems.

This is what I’ve been brewing with for the last year. Yes, expensive. No, not bragging.
Since I began brewing on this, my recipes have improved greatly. Repeatability! 20 Gallon Electric HERMS Pilot System | Blichmann Engineering

Here’s a nice system that is a lot less expensive than the SS Brewtech and a little less than the Blichmann.

I have one of their 15 gallon, 3-vessel systems and love it. The link is to their two vessel, 1-BBL system but they also sell a 1-BBL, 3-vessel RIMS and HERMS.
