I have a bunch of sweet and tart oranges still on the tree (in so cal) that I would like to take advantage of. I have 12 lbs of orange blossom honey. I am a newbie.
(I’ve made two meads so far–both Ken Schramm recipes–Fall Bounty Cyser–8 mo old–and Peach-Ginger—5 mo old–and both are still in secondary.)
Any suggestions for me?
