Super Saison using WLP670 and Jolly Pumpkin Bam dregs.  Pesto on the hoof in the background.

Cream of Three Crops Cream Ale, all grain BIAB. Looks pretty good coming off the keg, damn tasty too…

My Vacation IPA with Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade hops

My pumpkin spice wort going into the kettle from the sparge. Took forever but cool color.

Cellphone pic, so it’s a bit grainy, but this is an IPA not a wit. I guess a pound of hops in a batch that nets about 2 gallons will leave a bit of haze.

Super Enzymes?

Looks like they convert beer into, thin air!  ;D

My latest Brass Knuckles IPA with mosaic. Its like being smashed in the face with a mango tree lol

Around here that’s what happens if you DUI…  ;D

One of my hoppy White Wheat beers.

My kitchen sink IPA

J’s Ale (Cream Ale)

This is my standard cream ale (originally made it for my brother). Took a ribbon at the World Cup of Beer a few years ago. 80% German Pils, 20% Home-Grown Corn. Bottled right after this picture, I love the yeast-scape…

I’ve never had a beer be that clear in the carboy. Nice.

+1.  No kidding.

Damn, at first I just assumed it was a glass.

When I lager in the primary, I get crystal clear beer as well.  It’s one of the reasons I do it.

Recently brewed an Ofest that I kegged the other day, and it was about as as clear as the beer pictured above in the carboy. Amazing what lagering a beer can do for clarity AND flavor.
