That looks super refreshing. What did your IBU level work out to be?
Recipe looks nice and Gumball Head-ish. Looks good, especially on a warm day like today.
39 IBU. 20 IBU from FWH and 19 IBU for the 60 min addition.
These are calculated by Beersmith. FWH calculations vary from tool to tool.
Nice. Pretty hoppy then. I have been digging FWH for a lot of my brews lately too.
Yep. Just a little burn from the bitterness.
I definitely referred to the Gumball Head recipe when designing this one.
I buy it now and then, when I can find it fresh around here. Not as easy as you’d think. It sells fast. Tasty stuff!
Best looking pour I have had yet…
And the foam after 5 mins was pretty rocky, just like in the fermenter
Its a very smooth dunkelweizen, my best so far. And only 18 days from grain to glass.
Looks awesome JJeffers09
Looks great and I just looked up the azacca hop, sounds like a winner.
Amarillo azacca IPA. 1st time with azacca…good stuff.

Looks great! I thought you’d like the Azacca.
Cheers to hoppy foam stands Ken!
This has become my staple APA. Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe in boil and whirlpool additions with dry hopping.
since you’re posting a pic of a Pale Ale with a headstand…here’s mine with 5 hops (Simcoe, Centennial, Equinox, Citra, and Columbus)
At least we all have similar tints [emoji12]

Thanks! Was a little unsure using lactic acid for first time but it turned out great! It’s deceiving at 6%
