Recipe for Acorn Beer

Going to make a beer with a pound of acorns I harvested and trying to figure out what type of grain bill to use. One idea is to use a lot of light pilsner malt to bring out the flavor of the acorns more, which could be a good or bad thing. The other idea is to use some more nutty malts like Morris otter with victory that might hide the acorn flavor more,  but most likely be a better flavored beer. Also planning to hop with a lot of Amarillo and some perle.

Any recommendations on how to formulate an acorn beer?

I can’t really help but I am wondering if you are going to do something to get rid of the tannins in the acorns?

I brought the acorns to a boil about 3 times and changed the water each time. Then soaked them overnight.

Most of the bitterness was removed but still a little bit in the center of the acorns
