I don’t have the greatest taste memory, but this year’s Oktoberfest might be the best one yet. It’s pale and dry with a nice bitterness. I’m going to degas a sample and measure the FG later this afternoon.

I tried it recently and was underwhelmed. I found it bland, and I tasted a subtle apple character, which didn’t appeal. I bought a six pack and actually dumped four of the cans 
Never done this before with an SN beer.
I agree. More bitterness than I expect for Ofest and it works. Nice malt character, too. Love it.

FG is 1.016
