Sub. Will this work?

I’m making a RIS and it calls for 8 oz caramunich, I don’t have it. Can I sub about 1lb Munich and1/2 lb cry 20 ?

It’s not really the same thing. Caramunich is basically Crystal 40-60, depending on which version you have. I would just sub any medium crystal for it, and in an RIS, the crystal 20 will be just fine.

Cara Munich isn’t really anything like Munich. Sub 40 or 60 L crystal.
