Corresponding recipe here.
Basically: pale malt, wheat, pomegranate, and honey.
Sounds interesting.

Making some wild-donkied guesses, I think maybe you’d end up with something in the range of 6% ABV.
So I took those wild-donkied guesses and played around with volumes to get what I think approximates the pre- and post-boil volumes and the volume of liquid from the pomegranate juice. I’m approximating the juice as a very low PPG liquid extract, but BrewFather doesn’t seem to account for the volume of an LME addition.
What thinkst thou?
I need to finish the video, but I want to put in a plug for the Tate Paulette book he references - “In the Land of Ninkasi” - it’s dense but great.
It’s been on my wishlist for quite a while — I may finally pull the trigger on a copy.
Now I have another book I want to get! The recipe is fairly simple. If anybody tries this, I would be curious to know how it turns out. Maybe I’ll try this in the summer, could be a nice refreshing drink on a hot day.
