US Saaz .. if it's wrong I don't want to be right

Occasionally I pick some up from Yakima Valley and I am never disappointed. I don’t necessarily use them in something like a Czech Pilsner (I often use fresh Sterling for that) but in other styles. They have a great, fresh and clean character. Who else uses them? Are there brewers out there who are hop snobs and think the US version can’t be good? I just used them in this Red Lager I made today.

I brewed with a fellow brewer Sat. He used 6% Czech Saaz in a Farmhouse Ale.

I usually opt for Sterling which is what I’ll use tomorrow.

absolutely, as well last pound of hallertau mittelfruh i got was lackluster. the US ones are just fresher for me
