I’ve accepted the position of Brewery Ambassador for Oakshire Brewing in Eugene OR. Tours, tasting, and education. Spent the afternoon helping brew their flagship IPA to get a feel for how the brewhouse works.

Congrats! love me some Watershed:) first attempt at brewing that baby a few months ago from the “craft beer for the homebrewer” have some tweaking to do used carared instead of cararuby. that malt must make a difference.
I can tell you that the recipe has changed a bit since the book was published. Let me check with Matt to see if I can release the new one. But, yeah, that’s one of my favorite IPAs anywhere.

What an awesome position. And you’re the perfect guy for it! As I recall you were functioning informally in that position last Summer when my wife and I made it down to Eugene.
