I haven’t brewed a mild in awhile. So, it’ll have to be the SS Minnow Mild from one of the recent Big Brew days.
Good choice…I did the Saison on the last Big Brew Day and it came out great!
Just finished cleaning up. I used the recipe that is on the wiki site and got 77% eff. (1.037). I’m naming this beer Wraith’s Ace in honor of just discovering a new hobby, disc golf over the long Thanksgiving weekend.
I brewed a classic american pilsner with NZ saaz.
Didn’t get to brew Honey Brown last week, so I just finished it and pitched with WY1007
