Which hotel to stay at in Grand Rapids

If you are going to be in Seattle in April, there is a bunch of us who will be up here, maybe we can get together and share some beers. Maybe we can even get Denny to drive up.

Keep me informed.  It would make a good excuse to visit my brother up there.

Portland would be awesome.

+1 I could get a slice of rocco’s vegan pesto pizza.

Austin would be great, laid back vibe and great craft beer scene. Houston would be good as well, urban and multi-cultural with a huge convention center right downtown. Both within driving distance as well

quick check of past conferences …not since 1998!  They’re due!

I like this a lot.  I hope it happens!

The D in ADI does not stand for beer, but yes a get together sounds like a fine idea!

BTW, NHC-wise, Honolulu has a very nice convention center with plenty of hotels nearby.

I’d be up for that.

There are so many places it would be awesome to have the conference.  I’d like to see one in basically any place I have never been to.  Too bad I don’t get to pick. :)  I’m in no matter where it goes though.

Didn’t know they had pizza west of Philly.

to be fair it is VEGAN PESTO pizza  ;D

It’s happening.  I’ll be in Seattle for the ADI conference 3/28 through 4/4.  Anybody up for a beer or two?

Nice description of the process.  Because of the conference size planning has to start earlier to get the space reserved.

We have all the downtown hotels reserved (with great rates by the way) and some outlier hotels as well.  As it says on the website bus transportation (maybe van) will be provided from the outlier hotels.

The downtown hotels are all walkable to DeVos

I am up for it.

Actually, Gary announced it at the last AHA Rally.
