wifi temp controller?

anyone know if there is a wifi controlled temp controller on the market? I haven’t found one, but thought I would ask to see.

this seems to be a kickstart project coming: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/brewbit/brewbit-model-t-wireless-temperature-controller/description

edit: doesn’t appear this ^^^ is even available anymore…hmm

Mr Worthhoggyhogg,

I’ve thought same thing  “How come no one has made a wifi adjustable temp controller”

So if your away you log into your Address  and check/ adjust the temps according to what info you see or schedule…

If I was a programmer I would have made one soo long ago…too bad I’m not.

oh and with an APP that interfaces with your mobile cell…  wait can I patent that…LOL

You can put together a raspberry-pi temp controller with wifi that could then be accessible (and controllable) from a web interface therefore allowing the use of mobile devices that have a browser. A bit of research, some money, time, and desire and it too can be yours

I thought I saw on at the expo during last year’s NHC.

Hmm might have to start research operation: "make beer WiFi "

Do a solid search on brewbit. They tanked hard. Software was buggy and it would often fail with one outlet on causing you to continually heat or cool your beer. Neat concept with amateur execution.

I have heard rumors that ohmbrew will be adding wifi at some point, but I don’t think I have ever seen anything official saying this is true.

I’ve wanted to build a brewpi setup, but I’m way more interested in an out of the box solution.

I’ve been playing with my own version here, but it’s strictly DIY.
