WilliamsWarn Personal Brewery System

http://www.williamswarn.com/

Interesting beer making equipment.

If I had that much to spend on my brewery, I think it would go towards other equipment.

Agreed.  Very expensive.  I do think it’s cool that someone came up with that though.  Not sure I believe all their claims in the video.

Mr. Beer went upscale.

It looks like making bread with a bread machine.

Where’s the mash tun and kettle?

This seems a lot more useful at ~1/3 the cost, if you want a pre-built brewery.  For the remaining $3000+, you can put together a nice fermentation fridge, a kegerator, and a decent HDTV.

Looks pretty slick but does it produce great beer.

Does anyone own one, or know of anyone who has one of these fancy gadgets?

Pricey indeed$$$

Common guys.

Seriously better price!

The Braumeister is an all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system that will ship to you free of charge from MoreBeer!.

5K and you still need to use 2 pots and a stove if you want to steep grains and use actual hops.  These people should be ashamed of themselves.

note crossed out portion of post…I’m still waiting for someone make me a prophet

Looks like a fancy Mr. Beer kit. From the video it looks like no boil pre-hopped extract brewing. Easy yes, if you REALLY want to make your own beer but want it to be as easy as buying beer.

Not for home brewers (hobbyist) but a cool play toy for the rich. After I buy my first Tesla, Will be sure to pick up one of those.

Actually, reading a little more its really a personal fermenting and dispensing system. It doesn’t heat the wort at all. It says you can steep grains in a pot on the stove and add that, it also recommends using a teapot to steap hops for late hop additions. So … temperature controlled fermentation and dispensing system? Sure. I’ll take three.

Of course it’s expensive, they’ve gotta pay for that fancy website, video, and theme music.
I just made a kit beer like that and felt like I was just making a can of condensed soup.
The “exact” temperature controlled fermentation is nice, but I would think I could pay a lot less to come up with something that would do about the same job.
Really, that just seems like something a CEO would have in his office to impress people and be able to say, “I’m a homebrewer”

Admittedly, it does look nice.

Not sure I understood the pressure control. Does that thing Carbonate while fermenting by keeping the whole thing under pressure? Kinda coolish

Krikeys, the t-shirt is $43!  With that I can almost get a sack of grain.
