Yeast brink hop rocket

Anyone use yeast brinks on a homebrew scale? I have a hop rocket that I rarely use for the intended purpose so i am gonna start using as a yeast brink to harvest/store/pitch yeast, my only thing im wondering is how to know pitching rate using weight , any formulas to determine pitch rate by weight of yeast slurry? Cheers

I will put yeast slurries into mason jars. Is that what you mean?
