If I’m doing a 2.5 gallon batch, do I also cut my yeast in half since the packets are usually for 5 gallon? Thanks.

Check the pitching rate at Mrmalty.com and pitch at the correct rate. If that’s less than a full pack then pitch less than the full pack.
