Yeast starters with LME

Everything I hear is starters should be done with DME.  But, it’s a PITA to deal with.  All the clumping and such.  It sure seems that getting some LME, putting in a honey type container, and just squeeze out enough straight into your flask, and no fuss, no muss.

Thoughts?

If you think it’s easier, go for it.

My only concern with this is that if I had it in a honey bear, then I’d be tempted to put LME on my pancakes, in tea, on ice cream, etc  ;D

I think LME is more of a pain to handle than DME but that’s just personal preference.

and dme lasts for long time.  lme not so sure.
