I have some Azacca hops I was thinking of using in a cold IPA or session IPA.
I am debating about making a single hop beer or pairing them with something else. Anyone have any experience with this hop?
I used Azacca with Amarillo in a cold IPA and I liked it a lot.
Mosaic, Citra, Ekuanot, Cascade, El Dorado and Idaho 7 are commonly paired with Azacca. I’m sure there are others that play well too.
azacca is all mango and pine, so any fruity hop.
