my beer is always clear after i drink it and expel it…my body is the best clarification unit i know of :o
My golden ale that was lightly hopped with galaxy and citra. I’m going to be brewing and kegging another 10 gallons of this sometime next month… 5 gallons for my wedding and 5 gallons for… Well, for me!
Looks great and congrats on your up coming marriage.
aye - congrats. is that your Kona Longboard (?) attempt?
Thanks
Kona Big Wave I think… I’ve still have not tried that beer commercially though. I think the Longboard is their lager.
Marzen, two weeks in almost at fg I think. Hopefully that last touch of haze will drop out over the next few weeks
Is that grass - the green stuff in the background? I wouldn’t know - here in Illinois we are weeks away from anything green…but, hey that beer is pretty clear for that quick on a Marzen. (But is it really a Pre-Marzen at this point - like a Februarzen?)

Yup that’s the grass. It finally rained in california. It’ll be marz before it’s done lagering
Strawberry blonde.
Best Bitter.
Saison. Waiting for an empty keg. Debating whether I should buy more.
Dubbel. Clarified with gelatin.
About two hours ago. There ain’t no grass to see around here. 6 inches today and still coming down.
Damn I think the AC came on at home today. Kinda uncomfortably warm and muggy.
Nothing stellar so far brew-wise.
Nice looking beers, Joe. I feel your pain on the snow - we’ve already broken the all time Indy record for snowfall and there’s plenty of winter left. Freakin’ over it.
IPA - Pretty clear with 16 oz of total hops
That looks dandy, Jon! Gotta love those frothy hoppy heads that you can set a quarter on. It could be the lighting, but it looks a touch red. Do you mind me asking your malt bill?
No ,and it’s quite a bit red. It’s a “2013 Leftovers IPA”. Stuff to use up while still fresh:
80% Rahr 2 row
14% Crisp MO
3% C60
3% C80
OG 1.068/ 75 IBU
Chinook (bitter), blend of Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, and Simcoe used from 15 minutes to FO, then dry hopped. Pretty damn good for a spur of the moment leftovers beer !
It’s hard to go wrong with 16 oz of hops

Bah, needs more hops
Went to FAQ and got it thanks! So, what says you?
Ordinary Bitter. Pint glass logo is to the back.
