Definitely going to be making a porter as my first batch when I get back home, and I love the Willamette idea. I’ll be dry hopping with some after reading this thread.
Well tell us how it ends up. I wasn’t able to make it happen how I wanted so I held back this time. I am happy how the stout turned out and look forward to drinking some in a few weeks and a few months.
