No chinook? I really enjoy the pine/citrus mix in a pale or IPA.
As stated in bittering comments, I have only made 3 IPA’s so far. The Pliny clone(extract kit) with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial was the clear choice among friends, but I like my all first all grain attempt at style with Amarillo and Cascade best for flavor so far. Cant wait to expand my hop experiences with all the other wonderful hops you all recommend here!
