Thought this might be the right place to say hello.
I brewed from 2002 to either 2006 or 2007, and then I quit. I just started up again. I used to post on rec.crafts.brewing, which is good, because I had to search the group to recover some of my old knowledge.
Two weeks ago, all I had was some crazy ideas and a computer. Now I have a fermenting fridge, a freezer that will be a new keezer, a batch of ale in the carbonation phase, and a bunch of new brewing junk. I also have ingredients for a wheat beer.
