I emailed Janis and got an automated reply, so I thought I’d try here.
On February 26, I registered for the NHC, added all of my entries, paid for them, and printed the labels. After seeing the latest email on the NHC, I logged in to my profile in the Seattle region to confirm everything was still all good. My profile now says that I have no entries, but that I can add them on Monday, March 11. Has this happened to anyone else? Did anybody succesfully register on the 26th and your profile still shows your entries?
Thanks for your help. Hopefully, my entries will magically reappear on March 11, but I’d like to know if I need to settle in for another refresh session on Monday.
The same thing happened to me. Got my 3 entries in with names and styles, unfortunately did not print the labels, but I did pay and get a confirmation e-mail for the fees.
Up until now, I was one of the lucky ones to get my beers in properly. Now more problems.
Had me scared there for a minute but I just checked and mine are still there. My site is full. I wonder if this is justa problem for he non-full sites?
Saw this in another thread, so I’m not sure if it is true but it may be another glitch in the system not showing them. The entries might still exist, but there’s no way of knowing.
A message on my list of entries page says: If you notice any issues with your entry(s), please contact AHA Member Services at info@brewersassociation.org. I’d do just that.
