Help with a Peanut Butter Cup Brown Ale

So I’m trying to come up with a recipe for a Peanut Butter Cup Brown ale. I am a partial mash brewer. Any and all feedback is highly appreciated. I own Beer Smith 2 and using that for a guide. Here is what I was thinking:

Extract:
1lb Dry Extract Briess Traditional Dark
1lb Dry Extract Amber
3.3lb Liquid Pale Extract

Steeping Grains:
2lbs Brown Malt
8 ounce Chocolate malt
8 ounces Caramel 20L malt

Yeast:
S-04

Hops:
I still haven’t determined this yet but maybe Hallertau? I can go through my other hops I’ve got left from previous brews.

In the last 10 minutes of the boil, I would add 1 lb of PB2.

Will this have enough chocolate flavor? I don’t want to overpower the PB2. Should I add more PB2 and Cacao Nibs into the secondary? Thanks in advance for the help!

I do have a few other hops like Liberty, Cascade or Centennial hops I can use
