This will be my first time dry hopping in my conical fermenter. and would like some advice. I have dropped out all of the yeast from the dump port already. I was planning on dumping the pellet in from the hop dropper straight into the beer with the beer already around 40°. I wanted to leave the pellets in for about two days and then keg. Not sure if two days will be enough to drop all of the hops to the bottom? And should I try to dump the hops under pressure and give it a couple more days to clear the beer. Since I can’t see the inside of the Conical, I just don’t know how long it takes for hops to drop out around 35 to 40°. Thanks.
2-3 days is long enough for me. After I drop and remove them, I keg right away.
