It’s not stupid at all. It’s just really good photoshop. 
Actually I take that back. It’s not very good photoshop. The flags don’t carry though the rear window. A simple trick that would have given it realism.

One of the technicians where I worked had an early Civic on a similar 4X4 rig. It looked a little out of proportion.

I saw a picture once of a subaru WRX chassis with a subaru brat body grafted on and kind of wanted it. No lift package though.

Sadly, I’ve seen vehicles in person that were just as unlikely so the Prius wasn’t an immediate dead giveaway. Ever see a monster Ford Pinto? I have. Rebuilders are nuts and I wouldn’t put anything past them.
I used to know a group of guys who cut up old bicycles and welded the frames together to make 70+" bikes and then ride them around town. Those kids grew up and got bigger tools and paychecks.

I agree. There are reflections in the windows. You can see the American flag pole in the upper right corner of the rear glass. It’s real.
Something about the pixels in the wheel wells don’t look right
I have seen a monster citation, a monster dodge colt. and my best friend made a bike at one point that you needed to mount from the second story window. It was a hell of a tirck getting down off it.
I’m so glad that this not real.
