Yep, awesome heirloom blend from Uncle Johns Cider Mill. I then did a partial kmeta dose and let it naturally ferment quite cold.

Yeah. Hopefully it does well. I won’t be able to attend the NHC this year though so I’ll be going for it to win from home.
Congrats to all who advanced. My Seattle entries are being judged as we speak and I’m super nervous.
I don’t expect to advance since I’m in some huge categories (Stout and IPA) but I know my beers this year are way better than what I sent last year, so I can’t help but be hopeful.
