I buy their dried Lutra pretty regularly - it’s probably my favorite kveik strain (not as clean for me as some claim to get, but it’s an interesting-but-not-too-interesting yeast that plays well with fruity/citrusy/tropical hops in a pale ale or IPA).
Likely the umbrella company sees traited yeasts as risky and needs more regulatory oversight. The innovation will continue, but will be funneled through better tracking.
