Make your pick and share your beer and food menu!
Taking the eagles…smoking wings, sliders, buffalo chicken dip, shrimp cocktails. We’ve got IPA, Dortmund, and German Pils on tap. Cheers

Yellowhammer Winternacht Dunkel and smoked white chicken chili. Go eaglets!
I am in it for the commercials. Can’t stand either team. Go Cowboys!
Smoked wings with your choice of sauce to toss them in: Korean BBQ, Teriyaki, Buffalo, etc. Fried green beans again with your choice of dip. Lil smokies in brown sugar and butter. Soft pretzels with beer cheese or English hot mustard. Meatballs grilled, then baked in cast iron smothered in marinara and cheese served with bruschetta. Chips, buffalo chicken dip, etc. My homage to Tadcaster Porter and a SMaSH Pale Ale -ish thing on tap.
Food sounds awesome! I do the same…smoke wings and then roll them in your sauce of choice.
Wings with buffalo or sweet chili sauce- Smoked salmon- Shrimp- Pork Tenderloin- Veggie tray- Salad- Chips & Guac
Hummus
NEIPA (Mosiac, Citra, Azacca)
Assorted commercial beer- Fruit Tray
Honestly, I could get behind the Pats winning if Brady and Belichick retire after. Unfortunately, I think they might go for the record (Most wins for a team).
I’m not hopeful for the commercials or the half time show, unless Timberlake brings The Lonely Island out for it.
As a Jets fan I am an obligatory Pats hater, so I am rooting for the Eagles. I’m also rooting for the Eagles because I think it’s time to see turnover in the big teams in the NFL. We’ve had basically the same handful of teams running the NFL for the past 10-15 years.
Wife and I always do pizza and beer by ourselves during the game. We get into our “cellar” of beer and pick out a great lineup. I bake pizza with a Chicago style dough but roll it out thin. We have a couple pizzas we’ve perfected and I’m adding a couple new pizzas to perfect. Our beer lineup has a lot of sour beer this year along with a mix of other styles.
As a heartbroken, day one Jags fan, I have to root for the Iggles.
Firing up the Egg and just doing some ribeyes, baked potato and roasted brussels.
On tap - Am Brown, Helles, IPA, Festbier and Imperial Red - some combination of a few of those when the time comes.
Carnitas, borracho beans, Mexican rice, on homemade tortillas. Paired with Chinook Blonde. Muy Delicioso!
Eagles because, well, you know.
We made chili and cornbread which has become a tradition. Maybe I’ll post the cornbread recipe since it is easy and wonderful.
I drank PBR.
I always pull for the NFC team, and it’s the Pats, so definitely Eagles.
We had chili, chips and cheese dip, salsa, guac, little smokies and a bunch of oven baked frozen things (mozz sticks, potato skins etc).
Drank Pelican Dirty Bird IPA, along with some of our take homes from Best of Craft Beer. Bellevue Black IPA and RPM Brewing Corkscrew Pale Ale.
I’m surprised that Chumster hasn’t been on here spouting off about the Eaglettes!
A PA Superbowl, west vs east, that would have been a great thing to see, though this one lived up to the hype.
As long as there is a Rooney in the front office the Steelers will be a factor. It is that kind of consistency that makes a program great, not unlike the Patriots with their coach and pretty boy QB.

Did someone mention…IGGLES!!!
I had a keg of Dean Larson’s Christmas Tree Ale (aka SNCA clone) on tap for the game. Awesome beer.
I tried to grill wings, but when I went out to the deck to start the charcoal, there was freezing rain coming down, so the Buffalo wings got fixed in the oven.
Also had G.O.A.T. chili. I fixed it for our annual ice fishing chili cookoff, which is the day before the Super Bowl. Here is my poster. ;D
Sad that Fletcher Cox did not feast on the G.O.A.T…but still pretty darn happy with the outcome!
