Vinny, what’s in the cask?

A gallon of my favorite whisky aging with some coconut shavings and vanilla beans. The spigot pours right into shot glasses. Good times

And this is evidence as to why we love a woman who loves what we love!
Another well crafted beer by Jesse. This helles is flawless. Great balance of malt and hop and very crisp. Making mighty fine beers Jesse- thanks again!

Appreciate it, man! Glad as hell you enjoyed them and didn’t think they were sh!te. You really get those to pour nicely from the bottle, that’s for sure. That one didn’t have “it” but was still a good beer nonetheless.
By the way, my recipe I sent you didn’t have the maltster included but it’s Best Malz Heidelberg for the base in that and Best Vienna.
Looking good!
The cool thing about this English Pale Ale is it tastes as great as it looks. A very simple/classic Pale Ale
10 lbs Crisp Maris Otter
8.0 oz Simpsons Heritage (Maris Otter) Crystal
2.00 oz Goldings, East Kent 60 min
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent 1 min
1.0 pkg Nottingham
I like the recipe. And the way the beer looks too. I will steal it. 8) Might have to work an ale into the lineup.

It’s all yours my friend. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. I’ve found the best beers are very simple: a base malt, one maybe two ‘specialty’ malts, hops, and yeast.

Agreed. ;D
Yeah, looks great! And a nice simple recipe - usually a good thing.

That just might be my next beer to Brew. Looks and sounds delicious.
April in Alabama looks like May in New England.
That beer looks delicious. I really need to revisit my mild-turned-bitter recipe in time to have it during the summer…
Jon’s (Hoosierbrew) Helles. Spot on dam good beer. Soft water profile really makes this pup shine…loving it man thanks!

Looks amazing… Looking forward to enjoying one on Thursday
Thanks Ken. How was the carb? I always come up just a tad to account for filling loss. Ok, or a tad high?

Perfect. What brand of base malts again?
