Pics of recent brews?

Cool. 91.5% Dingemanns pils (like the flavor), 5% Best chit, 3.5% Carahell.

Knew something different than what I’ve had…dingemanns must be it. Nice malt.

Nice looking beer, Jon!

Yeah, I like Dingemanns too.  I feel it is a bit fuller, sweeter than some of the German maltsters. Good to change it up here and there as well.

Yep, nice malt. I like to mix it up and sub in different malts here and there. Helles is about the perfect beer to compare pils malts.

agreed. i need to go back and get some more weyermann barke pils and give it a shot with a helles this time.

Currently on tap at Castle Numbskull:
Scottish Heavy
German Pils
American Oak Aged Wild Ale w/ Blackberries
American Wheat w/ Rye

Condensation wouldn’t leave me alone for this pic.
Ken, these are the beers I’m shipping you.  I admit I’m nervous - it’s the first time I’ve used my beer gun (crossing fingers no oxidation) and first time brewing each of these styles.
They’ve been bottled for over a week just trying to track down a good container.

Great looking array of brews, JT.

Marzen I brewed in March (but didn’t keep until October):

Won’t get any beef from me…it’s my every month all year round beer. Looks great.

And my most recent batch of Bock. Same glass as the Marzen, so obviously I had to drink the rest of that one so I could get this pic taken before dark:

Enjoyed a few of Jon’s beers this evening. Thank you, good sir!

Helles

American Strong Ale

Cider

Thanks, Frank!

I like that glass. It looks like a half pint glass. I’ve been drinking smaller pours lately so I’m looking for some cool smaller glassware (get less drizunk that way and feels like I get to drink more). The beer looks mighty fine as well!

Yep - it’s a nonic half pint, so it has the cool shape but I can pour myself a little more variety and stay vertical

I got it from a local Austin brewery (Hops & Grain), but I see they have them at Crate & Barrel:

A grapefruit sculpin clone that I am looking forward to brewing again.

Where is that photo taken? It looks like a place where there is an orgy around the corner.
I’m drinking my grapefruit IPA I made for the challenge beer in the swap. I must say I like it. It’s fairly intense.

My very first home brewed lager is being enjoyed on the 500th anniversary of Reinheitsgebot. Thanks for the good advice a lot of you gave me! Its tasty.

It looked better before the head fell. I’m jealous of Ken’s gravity defying heads.

Looks good, Pete! Bet it doesn’t last long.
