Without thinking I bottled my beer and put into the refrigerator. I skipped the room-temperature carbonation step.
One day later my mental fog cleared and I pulled the bottled beer out so it could carbonate.
I don’t foresee any issues. I mean, the yeast just went dormant. Should be fine now.
Will refrigerating right from the bottling step and then removing from refrigerator affect the taste at all in the end?
