Requirement to clean/sanitize new tap

Hi,

Kegging for the first time.  What do I need to do to clean/sanitize the beer line and tap for first use?  I have a BLC pump kit, PBW, and StarSan.  Just not sure what I really need to do with this new equipment.

Running some star san through it would be fine.
