Even tho I am not able to drink much now a days…
I managed to score a vial of ECY Bug Farm yeast.
Since it is prolly a long time (year) from brew to finish beer,
My hope is that I will have healed in that time and can try this.
I am thinking of a nice golden pils wert with the addition of
some unmalted wheat and doing a turbid mash. To this plan,
I will use some “Aged premium Hops” from puterbaugh farms,
make the house smell like cheese…then make a goodly addition
to the solera after the next forthcoming cherry brett pull from same…
WHEW…beer is GUD!
