Well, I can see that I’ll be buying a lot of this in the coming months…
I thought I’d hate it because of the El Dorado, but a friend brought a few bottles over to crack after my scotch ale brew, wow.

Haven’t seen it yet. Is it in a 12 pack with other beer camp brews?
I’ll be looking for it.
It’s sold on its own - 6ers, 12s draft etc
I wish I had seen this thread 2 hours ago while I was at the grocery store. I always stroll down the beer isle to see if anything interesting is available, I saw a 12er of the SN Tropical IPA, opened the door and picked it up, and then the little voice in me who tells me that I’m a decent homebrewer told me that I’ve brewed better “tropical” IPAs that can’t be mass produced, so I put it back
Irony… Got some
Tropical IPA on our first real blast of winter .
Nothing bad about this beer, nope not at all!
Have not seen this yet, will be looking for it. As a follow up, I did see SN Otra-Vez gose style ale. Anyone tried this yet? Maybe I should start a new thread, sorry for the high jack
A friend bought a six and gave me a bottle, but I have not tried it yet - maybe later this week.
I think SN is doing a great job keeping up quality even with quite a few new offerings while still growing. Sounds like I have a couple to try when I start drinking again next month.
Good stuff, getcha some!
Just got a case from the Costco for less than a buck a bottle. Score!
Still haven’t spotted it here yet. However, with the local shops still very overstocked on Celebration, I’m beginning to wonder if we’ll see this beer at all.
I got a six the other day. Not as tropical as I was expecting, but I like it. I think I like Hop Hunter better.
Picked up a sixer today for this weekend, looking forward to it
I thought it was a good beer. Good. Not anything special.
Good for the cost I thought.
I destroyed a six pack and bought another. My Costco had a mixed cases (PA, torpedo, white IPA, and coffee stout) as well and cases of the Otra Vez. I went for the mixed case.
The coffee stout is excellent, I wish they sold it in six packs.
My first bottle on Friday night. I guess I am in the minority. I may have found a poorly shipped/stored sixer. I found it to be overly bitter and out of balance. I did not get the fruity aromas or taste, just bitterness. I also tried the Otra Vez and loved it. We shared a bottle 3 ways on Tues and all 3 of us like it a lot. I had a second on Friday and was still very pleased. I did wind up with a head cold the rest of the weekend, so my nose and taster may have been a bit off, but not in a hurry to get to the other 5. Just my .02
I just had a horrible six pack of pale ale as well. First in a long time.
