I have a keg cooler that I put on an old card table about 3’ x 3’ for serving at parties. I’m looking for a smaller table maybe 2’ x 2’ and about 3 foot high that I can use and I also want to get a stretch printed spandex cover for the table and legs.
Has anybody done something similar and have any recommendations for tables or covers?

With that height-to-width ratio, I’d be concerned about stability. 
But there companies that sell purpose made stands for Igloo-style coolers. They aren’t cheap, but I bet you could make something like this one out of a couple of 2x4 studs.
Good point. Maybe I’ll stick with a 36x36 or 30x30 table. That is what I have been using for the past five years. It’s larger than it needs to be, but you are right - no stability issues.
