Tangents

I’ve been spending a lot of time on the cheese making website lately.  I never quote cheese makers.

There’s a web site for creating Packers fans?  Who knew?  Can they tell me if the rain will hurt the rhubarb?

My rhubarb pie is healthy. Fat free filling and a sugar free crust.  :o

Mmm pie.

Mmm beer.

Speaking of rhubarb pie, the sourness makes me think of brett, lacto, and pedio.  Wow, those Cantillon and Boon are some nice beers, huh ?

I used to go to school with a guy named Brett.

Parts of Maverick were filmed in the Gorge

I used to have barbecues on mavericks. Lugging a cooler of beer and grill down that path is no joke.

James Coburn was one of my favorite actors, but he had visibly bad rheumatoid arthritis in that movie.  It makes my hands hurt.

'Ole James Coburn was a harda$$ in his day. Made a Schlitz Light commercial IIRC back then. Speaking of beer commercials, that Dos Equis guy is pretty funny. They say he’s pretty interesting.

Pretty sure the Dos Equis guy can whoop Chuck Norris.

But not our man Flint

some people can use flint to start fires.

I guess we’ll see a reduction in hijacking serious discussion since this thread started up? You know- we can indulge ourselves so freely here… But it’s like drinking decaf.

Decaf sucks, like hijacking a thread that’s supposed to be hijacked. When there’s no regular coffee - ya gotta reach for a Monster.

Makes me think of cheesy old monster movies - I used to love those when I was a kid. Seemed like they should’ve been able to bring Godzilla down a little easier though. You know, with fighter planes and all.

The monster seats at Fenway are so friggin’ expensive.  It’s like $75 for SRO and $175 each for the others.

Decaf, like Bud Lite (et al) is simply a waste of good water!

In beer there is freedom.
In wine there is wisdom.
In water there is bacteria.

That dos Equis guy does a good Mexican impression for a Jewish guy from New York…

I’ve never been to New York. Is it nice?
