It was a sad day today. I dismantled the brewery, for moving. We’ll be out of here in three weeks, and I have no idea when I will get to brew again. So, with two half full kegs, a mash paddle, and a 16.25 gallon kettle, I bid Ohio farewell.
I’m thinking the computers will be down soon, so if I am not heard from for a while, it’s been a real treat, my brothers. I’ll see you all out west, in the Gem State. (a few of you have my cell #, feel free to call or text, and let everyone know I’m still alive and pantless.)
Whats taking so long, get there and get brewing again!
: I am not moving and I cant get a brew going to save my life. In laws and kids and work keep getting in the way. I need a brew shed with a bunk house.
I’ve taken to mostly nighttime brewing. Get the mash going after dinner and before the kid’s bath time. Start the sparge water heating and runoff after he’s in bed and go from there.
