I’ve a 50 ml bottle of Top Shelf Single Malt Scotch essence. I’m thinking about dumping this into my Wee Heavy during secondary.
If anyone has experience with using essence in homebrew I’d appreciate any advice you have.

Yeah I should have said during bottling or kegging. No need for this stuff to go in secondary.
Your suggestion is perfect though. Don’t know why I didn’t think of that. In fact I have a Scotch Ale I bottled a couple months ago. If my math is correct a using 50ml during bottling/kegging would work out to ~1ml per 12oz bottle… So I’ll try that first.
