All my keg heating equipment (belt, pad) aren’t large enough to heat the bottles and i can’t take one temperature reading for all the bottles to regulate the temp. What is the usual method for heating them? google isnt giving me anything. bottles in heated water container?, heat lamp?, giant metal box?
I let mine condition at room temperature. Works well for me.
Likewise. Room temp. works well. No need to heat.
I once had to heat some bottles in the winter because the room they were in was only 60 F. I put them in a large insulated cooler with a heating pad and temperature sensor whose wires were fed in through the drain hole, and used a standard controller to keep them at around 67 - 68 F.
I stick the bottles in a box and place the box in the fermentation fridge set to 70°F.
I place my bottles in their cases, stick them in my Fermentation Chamber and set the temperature to 72F and walk away. I then sample one at 1 week, and other at 2 weeks and another at 3 week. When satisfied, i crash at 33F for about 4-5 days.
I put mine on top of my upright freezer in my laundry room. It’s always about 72°F and works great.
And, congratulations on your first post to the Forum! Welcome!
