what is your "dream" piece of equipment

As I struggle over keeping my fermentation temps cool I am currently coveting a large chest freezer where I can put my fermentation buckets, set at 62F or so.  I was wondering what other home brewers wish they had?

I have one temp controlled chest freezer.  I’d really like another so I could have a fermentation chamber and a lagering/serving chamber.

But really at this point I think my next big upgrade will be kegging system and a kegerator to serve it from.

It is never ending battle.
Once you get second freezer/fridge you will want the third one.
One for fermenting,
Other for lagering and
third for serving

+1

I have three chests and want one more.  My electric bill keeps going up and up… :frowning:

A new liver.

I want a walk in cooler that I can use to store bottles/kegs and as a serving fridge.  I think that would keep me satisfied for a while.

Me too

A three burner brew-stand on wheels. Another fridge would be nice.

I have two friends that converted old fridges into walk-in coolers in their basements. I guess my dream would be a basement to expand the brewery. Truth be told, Mancave/ brewshed. I have the space, just not the capital…

+1 to the mobile brewstand, Brutus 10 style. Currently brewing with one turkey fryer, slowly beginning to aasemble the components for my own Brutus 10, which should greatly increase productivity, since the wife isn’t a fan of me brewing inside.

I’d give denny’s right arm for a brand new 15bbl system from Premier Stainless.

I’ll take mrbowenz brew shed!   ;D

Wow, I missed that thread - that is amazing!  :o

Living the dream he is…living the dream.

For me, short of a small walk-in cooler, a commercial “True”  Coke fridge would probably do it for me;  mainly for cold conditioning since I already have a decent fridge I could dedicate for serving.  Right now it pulls double duty and hence, serves my drafts at a considerably colder temperature than I like.

A chiller that’ll take the wort from boiling down to pitching temp in about 10 minutes.

During the winter I can get pretty close to that with my IC and WP chiller set up.

okay, then I’ll add… “at any time of year”

In MI, it’s called a “Therminator”.  ;)

Now I want another bigger chest freezer for fermenting in…so then I can use my current one for a keezer. Then I want six perliks and to build a 2x8 collar.
