I just put a bottle of [u]L` Angelus De Mars[/u] and a [u]Houblon Chouffe[/u] into the fridge for later tonight.
Dinner will be grilled shrimp and a nice fat steak- surf n turf ;D

Chicken breast with melted Gouda for me.
Raison d’Etre and homebrewed Imperial Oatmeal Stout in the fridge then some decaf Chai.
Unibroue’s Blanche de Chambly, the homebrew supply is running low, but I’ve got a good amount of Irish red and oatmeal stout. If needed, I’ve got some Orval, Roquefort and some barleywine & Baltic Porter from my favorite local micro (Garrison for anyone that’s been to Atlantic Canada).
I brewed a Holiday Beer Christmas Eve last (2008) year. It is on tap now. I have
next years fermenting right now…Cheers to a better year this year no matter how
