Edit: I’ve always wanted to use that word for something. So ESB it is! ;D

I doubt this question could really be answered in full, but if I absolutely had to pick something, I’d go with an Amber… or a Tripel… or Amber…
I be malt & yeast addict, so pretty much anything brittish/irish/scottish/belgian/malty-german is what Dimik be liking!
