Hopefully, this is ok to post. I’d just like to let folks know that MTF has been working on a podcast. Please excuse our low production (we are working on that). We’ll be focusing on mixed fermentation and also aspects of historical brewing where there are interests to microbiology. So far we’ve interviewed Richard Preiss from Escarpment Labs about general Brettanomyces usage, and we have a “part 1 and part 2” interview with Lars Marius Garshol from Larsblog on European farmhouse brewing.
