I’m headed to London for two weeks in June. Anything I should make sure to put on the itinerary? I would love some pub suggestions as well if anyone knows of good spots. Thanks!

I’m from the UK, but not big on London…I’ve heard good things about the ‘Holborn Whippet’ and the ‘Euston Tap’.
I would definitely see if I could get round to see the Kernel Brewery…the pales this guy is knocking out are incredible. I’d also have Meantime on the list.

London is a big place. Where will you be? Then I can make some recommendations.
If you have time book a tour of the Fullers brewery. It is good enough we have done it twice. I turned down doing a Kernel brewery tour last month, at £20 that was too high for me.
Culture - British Museum. National Gallery. The Tate, and Tate Modern. These are free.
The Tower and several other sites like the Banqueting house have a fee.
Just wander around, there is so much to see and do.
Pubs.
Near Burough Market in the London area are the Anchor, Market Porter, the George, and the Royal Oak.
Around Covent Gardens is the Lamb and Flag, the Harp, and Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese, Seven Stars, and Blackfriars are not far.
The Holly Bush in Hampstead is a favorite. The Dove is a must.

After some 5 Pint rated pubs turned out to be duds, I haven’t used fancyapint.com much. It is pretty inclusive.
The CAMRA app is pretty good, the wife had it on her phone this last trip.
We have done the Fullers Tour twice! The Young’s tour was also outstanding, it was a shame they closed.
The last trip we did some long pub walks with friends who live in the Docklands area, where we had not spent much time. There are some fine pubs in Greenwich. The Gun is on the east side of Isle of Dogs, and that one was really nice. Our friends local is the Grapes, now more popular than ever since it is owned by Sir Ian McKellen. We also hit some pubs on the south side of the river, including the Mayflower, which I recommend.
Yeah, I should add that I always check when a pub was last reviewed. I’ve stayed in Earls Court the last two times in London and it led me to a couple of nice pubs that were off the main streets.
CAMRA’s The Good Beer Guide is a book that is updated annually and tends to have very accurate descriptions of the type of real ale pub and the beers they are pouring. It divides London into easy to navigate sections by geography (SW1, NE2, etc.).
No one has mentioned the White Horse on Parsons Green, usually considered a must stop for real ales.
How could I forget that one, as we stopped there about a month ago.

No, it was the same for real ale. We had been at the Dove for a while, so I forgot the stop at White Horse. The PU Tankovna was more for a half liter, but it was excellent, so no complaints on the price.
When we were in Cockermouth, we found a pub with happy hour prices of £2 for real ale. We stopped often for happy hour. Go figure.
