Can't use Gmail to get Bru'n Water

Well, Gmail has finally pissed me off. Gmail now considers any attachment that contains Macros (self-executing code) to be a virus. Bru’n Water does employ Macros to operate. If you are a Bru’n Water supporter, you will have to provide a non-gmail address if you wish to have any future contact or updates from Bru’n Water. Send your new address to: mabrungard@hotmail.com  You do need to include the name and email address that you originally donated under in your message.

Sorry for the trouble. Gmail truly sucks!

Will it send if you zip it then attach it?

As suggested on another forum just change the extension with instruction in the body of the email to change it back before opening. Example" change .dat to .tad.

Yes, the ‘crisis’ has been averted. Files will now be sent with a .dat extension that will need to be changed by the user to the proper .xls extension used by Excel.

Carry on.
